  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
  • 8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • Freshly chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Sauté chopped onion for 3-4 minutes until soft; add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and Alfredo sauce; stir to combine.
  4. Bring to a boil, then add broken lasagna noodles, dried basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  5. Reduce heat to simmer for 8-10 minutes until noodles are al dente.
  6. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted.
  7. Top each serving with ricotta cheese and garnish with parsley before serving.
