  • 250g Oreos
  • 100g Butter
  • 450g Cream Cheese
  • 200ml Double Cream (whipped)
  • 50g Grated Chocolate (plus extra for topping)
  • 100g Powdered Sugar
  • Non-alcoholic coffee or chocolate syrup (as a substitute for Irish cream liqueur)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Melt butter and combine with Oreo crumbs. Press the mixture into muffin cases and refrigerate for one hour.
  2. For the filling, blend cream cheese, non-alcoholic coffee or chocolate syrup, powdered sugar, and grated chocolate in a bowl until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream.
  3. Spoon the filling into the chilled crusts, smoothing the tops before refrigerating for at least 2-3 hours or overnight.
  4. Before serving, remove cheesecakes from muffin cases and garnish with extra grated chocolate.
