Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 pieces Chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 15 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 pound Pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
  • 6 pieces Kaiser rolls
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 34 teaspoons Garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Season chicken cubes with garlic and herb seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot. Cook pasta until al dente. Drain well.
  3. Slice the tops off kaiser rolls. Hollow out the centers gently using your hands or a spoon to create bowls.
  4. Combine melted butter with garlic and herb seasoning. Brush inside and edges of each hollowed bread bowl. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 4-5 minutes until lightly toasted.
  5. Add drained pasta and alfredo sauce to the cooked chicken. Stir well until everything is combined thoroughly.
  6. Fill each toasted bread bowl with the chicken alfredo mixture. Top generously with shredded parmesan cheese.
  7. Return filled bowls to the oven for an additional 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is crispy.
  8. Serve hot with a garnish of parsley or red pepper flakes if desired.
