  • 12 oz bowtie pasta

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter (for searing)
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter (for sauce)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (10-11 minutes); drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter; season chicken with spices and sear until golden (6-8 minutes). Remove and keep warm.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, then add cream, milk, and cream cheese. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Stir in Velveeta and mozzarella until melted; add cooked pasta and mix well.
  5. Serve pasta on plates topped with chicken; garnish with parsley.
