  • 6 tablespoons vegan Nutella
  • 2 medium-sized bananas
  • 3 tablespoons dairy-free milk (for wash)
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar (for topping)
  • Dairy-free white chocolate buttons (for decoration)
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into rectangles (4×6 inches).
  3. Place about 1 tablespoon of vegan Nutella on one half of each pastry rectangle and add banana slices.
  4. Fold the other half over and seal edges with a fork.
