  • 1 cup apple cider (preferably spiced)
  • ¾ cup pumpkin purée
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine apple cider, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, and cinnamon until well blended.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin purée, remaining maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  3. Alternate spooning the cider mixture and pumpkin mixture into popsicle molds. Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl them together.
  4. Insert sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 4–6 hours until solid.
  5. To release popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds briefly.
