  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • pinch of fine sea salt
  • 1 cup pumpkin pie filling
  • 11 ounces butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup toffee bits
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line an 11×7 baking dish with foil and spray it with cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and light brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Gradually mix in flour, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until well combined.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish and bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  5. Spread pumpkin pie filling over the baked base evenly.
  6. Layer butterscotch chips, toffee bits, and chopped pecans on top.
  7. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the layered ingredients.
  8. Bake again for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  9. Allow to cool completely in the pan before refrigerating and cutting into squares.
